Popular musician, Benita Okojie lost her father recently. The father was hospitalized at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja when his health deteriorated. He was transferred from LASUTH to a private specialist hospital around Agric Road, Iju Fagba. He was battling stroke and at a point was on wheel chair.

Mr. Ben King Iyere Okojie has been in the Nigeria showbiz scene for years. The Uromi, Edo State born Artiste manager is also the elder brother of Don Pedro Okojie.
