Popular actor, Baba Ijesha has reportedly been released by the Lagos State Police Command on bail.

For those who don’t know, Baba Ijesha was arrested and detained by the police for weeks after allegedly raping a minor.

Adesina Ogunlana lawyer to Baba Ijesha disclosed that;

“Baba Ijesha has been granted bail about one hour ago. We are working to perfect the bail. He was granted bail on health grounds.”

“He hasn’t been released. He will be released after his bail conditions have been met.”

“Ijesha has been granted administrative bail by the police in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties.”

“The terms of the bail include two reliable sureties- a blood relation and a level 10 civil servant.”
