Popular musician, Asake (Ahmed Ololade) has formally announced his exit from his employer, Olamide’s YBNL Nation.

The singer left his former record label to form his own, Giran Republic. He released his latest song – ‘Why Love’ under his own label.

The singer had in his first single of the year, ‘Military’ paid homage to Olamide, dousing rumours of a fight with Olamide.

For those who don’t know, Asake signed to Olamide’s YBNL Nation in February 2022 and in July 2022, he signed a distribution deal with Empire.
