Anambra State Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Diaspora Affairs under the leadership of Dr. Sally Uwechue-Mbanefo staged a superlative festival tagged; Anambra Festival which took place in Awka, Anambra State, Friday, December 14, 2018.

The grand festival was attended by Governor Willie Obiano; Obi of Onitsha, His Majesty, Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Ugochukwu Achebe; the Are Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Otunba Gani Adams; star actor, Bob Manuel Udokwu and other eminent Nigerians.
