Senate President Godswill Akpabio has denied claims that he collapsed and was taken to London for treatment.

Akpabio’s Consultant on Communications and Strategy, Kenny Okolugbo stated that the claim about the Senate President collapsing was false.

Okolugbo said: “It’s a lie, fake news.”

For those who don’t know, the rumour started on Monday after a report by an online news platform alleged that Akpabio collapsed and was flown on a private jet to London for treatment.
