Highly respected and notable Nigerian businessman, Chief Sunny Odogwu is very bitter presently with Diamond Bank Plc. and he is ready for the mother of all battles with the Uzoma Dozie led financial institution.

The Asaba, Delta State high chief anger stemmed from the fact that Diamond Bank has put up his 340 rooms and 15 storey hotel; Le Meridien Grand Tower situated on 31-35, Ikoyi Crescent, Ikoyi, Lagos for sale over a N26.2billion loan which the bank claimed the businessman obtained from the bank some eight years ago.

Meanwhile, Chief Odogwu, owner of Grand Hotel, Asaba has hired top Lagos lawyer, Chief Anthony Idigbe (SAN) to teach the bank some legal lessons on how not to put up a customer property for sale anyhow.
