Super Eagles and Napoli FC striker, Victor Osimhen has opened up on his return to Galatasaray on a permanently deal.

Osimhen speaking in an interview recently said:

“I fought so hard to return to Galatasaray after spending last season on loan at the Turkish Super Lig champions because of the deep connection I have with the club, the city and the people.”

“I have a deep connection with this club, this city, these people. That’s why I fought so hard to return here.”

“I continue to have that feeling, to continue playing with a purpose.”

“I want to do what’s best for myself and the fans, and I’m really happy to be here.”

For those who don’t know, Galatasaray signed Osimhen from Napoli for a transfer fee of 75 million euros.

Osimhen arrived Istanbul on Wednesday July 30th, 2025. We gatherd his signing ceremony will be held before the friendly match against Lazio on Saturday.
