United States CIO Headline Techplus Conference In Lagos

Lagos, Nigeria; United States Chief Information Officer (CIO), Mr. Tony Scott will join other notable technology thought leaders and government officials to share his wealth of experience at the 2016 edition of  the Techplus conference billed to hold in Lagos.
