Fast-rising Nollywood actress, Ruth Kadiri, has revealed that she was wooed and chased by a lesbian lecturer while in school at University of Lagos.

The pretty actress said after being stalked severally by the female lecturer, she had to befriend the woman’s daughter before respite came her way.

“The lecturer (name withheld) was not that extreme about her secret desire but made it clear what she wanted…I became friends with her daughter and that was the way out for me,” the actress said in an interview with www.icampusng.com.

Ruth who condemned lesbianism said she couldn’t imagine dating a fellow woman as it “immoral and ungodly”.

Speaking on who is her ideal man and if she can date a poorer guy, Ruth replied, “I have dated a poor guy before even when I myself was broke, although I wasn’t really broke. Money is not a factor; a guy who has certain quality should be able to feed his family.’’

The actress and scriptwriter, who studied Business Administration and Mass Communication at the Yaba College of Technology and University of Lagos respectively, also confirmed that she is in a relationship which she honestly prays leads to marriage.

Ruth who is also known as Puchu has featured in several movies including ‘Heart of a Fighter’, ‘Sincerity’ and recently released UcheJombo’s movie, entitled ‘Unconditional’.
