Mr. Amaju Pinnick, President of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is in fresh trouble as the Nigeria Football Sports Supporters Club has accused him of fermenting trouble within the club. Alhaji Yusuf Adenrele, Deputy National President General and the club’s acting National PRO, Hafeez Balogun issued a strong statement warning the NFF President recently… “It is surprising that Pinnick whose emergence as NFF President is still marred in controversy has not deemed it fit to reflect on why all the country’s national teams failed to book qualification for continental championships but rather he is busy causing division in our great club.”

“We want to believe that he is doing this out of tribal sentiments to help one of his townsmen who was impeached and suspended from office. Pinnick should realize that Supporters Club is not under the NFF or government; but a nonprofit making organization. He should also understand that the club has won certificates of recognition as the best Supporters club both by FIFA and CAF and he cannot bring disunity amongst the members but he should rather face his job of ensuring that Nigeria qualifies for Russia 2018 World Cup because Nigerians will not forgive him if the Super Eagles fails to be in Moscow.”
