Popular fuji singer and Mayegun of Yorubaland, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal a.k.a K1 De Ultimate has celebrated his bosom friend and publisher of Global Excellence Magazine, Mayor Akinpelu as he marks his 60th birthday.
The Mayegun of Yorubaland in his tribute to the veteran journalist, said;
“God Almighty, to you all adoration and thanks. As I rejoice with my paddy since we were both little boys. I remember vividly our friendship way back then in Surulere when we both didn’t know what the future held.”
“As I will stood outside your house gate and you inside, while the gate divided us and we will be there talking and playing for hours until you are called inside.”
“I also remember your days at the University of Lagos, when you will proudly build a shield round me anytime I came to that citadel of honors and learning to perform.”
“With joy written all over me PADDY. I join the rest of the world to congratulate you today. May you celebrate many more years in abundance of grace, joy and happiness with lots of wealth and good health.”
