With three singles, You and I, Ifunanya and Fantasy to her credit, Nollywood actress, Jennifer Eliogu would be headlining the African Women in Leadership Conference, where she is billed to perform as a musician.

The conference, which is billed to hold in Atlanta, USA, would see Jennifer and other music acts performing to the delight of attendees of the conference.

Jennifer, who doubles as one of the popular actresses in the Nigerian movie industry, says music has always been part of her life and with her three singles she’s not ready to leave any time soon.

In her words, “music is something that has always been a part of me. I have come into the music industry to stay; I’m in it for good. I am not in competition with anybody, it is just another way of making use of the talents that I have. I am not in it because other people are going into music but because I have the passion for it and I have always wanted to make good music. Music is serious business, and I am in for the long run. I have a 10-man band called Silk Band and we just want to make people feel good through music.”

Jennifer’s 10-man band, Silk, has performed at various events for individuals and corporate bodies, awards ceremonies, conferences and end-of-year parties.
