Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State dropped a bombshell during a meeting with education inspectors recently… “All you do is demand money and sex from teachers. The teachers have also become merchants selling clothes and other goods instead of teaching the students.”

“This is the reason why you have cultism on the increase in schools because the teachers are not doing their work properly and you are not inspecting them to make sure they do their job.”

“Never again will any education secretary be allowed to work in his local government of origin. Until the school system improves we won’t recall you, you will live there and continue to monitor the schools until we are satisfied.”
