Ron Solomon Maxwell from Ghana has emerged the overall Winner of the Next Movie Star Reality TV show 2014 ‘LIVE YOUR DREAM’

Ron Maxwell a 27 year old fitness instructor, beat 17 other contestants to cart home the grand prize of a brand new car, two hundred thousand naira cash prize, three movie contracts from Nollywood Reloaded, one year clothing deal to all events from Fadan and a brand new air conditioner from Midea Electronics for his efforts after thirty days of intense competition in the Next Movie Star house becoming only the second Ghanaian to win the show since Enoch Hammond in 2007.

Onyeka Emechebe from Nigeria emerged first runner up carting home cash prize of two hundred thousand naira, two movie contracts, fifty thousand naira shopping coupon from Jumia and a brand new air conditioner while Kenneth Nwadike and Okeze Sheila emerged second and third runners-up respectively with Kenneth winning for himself a one hundred thousand Naira cash, a movie contract from Nollywood reloaded and a brand new air conditioner. Okeze Sheila on the other hand won for herself, a hundred thousand naira and a movie contract from Nollywood reloaded for her effort.

Making the announcement at the rap up show amidst pomp and pageantry, was respected thespian Bukky Ogunote in the presence of other notable dignitaries like Aquila Njamah, the host of the show and Excite on TV top presenter Bridget Chigbufue, Marketing Director Entertainment Fore Communications Limited (E-force) Mr. Biodun Awoyale and journalists Ayodele Lawal. Also present at the official announcement was the creator and Executive Producer of the Next Movie Star Mr. Sola Fajobi.

Bukky Ogunote before announcing the winner eulogized the housemates for their performances during the show and urged them to use the Next Movie Star platform as a stepping stone to achieving their dreams just like their predecessors in the past while also praising the efforts of Digital Interactive Media organizers of the show for remaining consistent in discovering new faces for the Nigerian Movie and African Entertainment industry.

One of the highlight of the night was the cutting of the tenth anniversary cake of the next movie star show.
