These are not the best of times for Festus Fadeyi, Chief Executive Officer of PanOcean Oil and Gas. Insiders squealed to us that he is owing Skye Bank a whopping N190 million.

We were told that he took the loan when he was a director of the bank and later he was sacked by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) alongside the board of directors of the bank. Now, Skye Bank and CBN are on his neck to pay back the money.
