Fresh facts coming in have it that former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode is in hot soup. Sources said that some workers of the Dr. Goodluck Jonathan presidential campaign organization have sent a petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) about how he allegedly embezzled N1.7 billion of the campaign money.

The petitioners equally revealed that the Ile-Ife born politician used the part of the money to buy exotic SUVs (Sport Utility Vehicles).

Insiders disclosed that the EFCC is presently working on the petition and the former minister of culture may be arrested to tell his own side of the story.

You will recall that Chief Femi Fani-Kayode was arrested by the EFCC last year and charged to court over allegation of laundering N100 million as minister of Tourism and Culture but he was cleared by the court in July.
