Former Kogi State governor, Abubakar Audu’s son, Muhammed Audu has been arrested.

He was arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over alleged fraud.

The EFCC disclosed that investigations revealed that the former governor’s son used two of his companies, Mediterranean Hotels Limited and Mediterranean Sports to divert the funds, which he could not account for.

The anti-graft agency revealed that the suspect will soon be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
