Senator Dino Melaye must be the happiest man now as a Kogi State High Court sitting in Lokoja has granted him bail.

In a ruling on Wednesday May 16^th, 2018 by the Kogi State Chief Judge, Justice Nasiru Ajana, he  said he had considered the health situation of the third defendant, hence the need to admit him to bail with the sum of N10 million with one surety.
