President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, Aisha has been honoured with a Doctorate in Humanity by Sun Moon University, Asan, South Korea.
The president’s wife was presented a letter notifying her of the award by Professor Hong Young-Shik which reads; “Your humanitarian activities have caught the attention of the world and the Senate of the Sun Moon University, especially your outstanding work with women and children through Future Assured Programme.”
Following the conferment ceremony on Monday, August 13th, 2018 where she was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration (Honoris Causa), the President’s wife has quickly taken to her Instagram page to express her joy; “With gratitude to God for an honour done to me by the governing Council of Sun Moon University, South Korea for being decorated today with a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration (Honoris Causa).”
“My gratitude goes to the President of the University, Dr. Sun-Jo Hwang and the entire (sic) for this honour. I dedicate this honour to all Nigerian women and children.”
